Umpire Gets People To Move Like Starving Students

A high school baseball game in Iowa became notable not because of anything any of the players did, but by the actions of the umpire who decided the crowd should do like Starving Students and move. Home umpire Don Briggs became upset Baseball_At-Batafter a run that was reversed after he realized time-out had been called, drew the ire of the West Burlington's skipper who received a warning from the home plate ump. Briggs also warned the crowd, which mysteriously didn't stop one fan from yelling out an objection. In retalliation for this defiance, Briggs made the decision to eject the crowd of 100.

Starving Students agrees with Briggs' decision of moving, just not the decision to force 100 baseball fans to move out of their seats and away from the game. If you'd like to move on your own terms, go ahead and give Starving Students a call at (888) 931-MOVE (6683) or shoot us an e-mail here today.
