On January 18, 2010, the United States will embrace our MLK Day of Service in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the civil rights leader who is credited with working to help spread equality throughout the United States in the 1960s. As part of the celebration of Dr. King's birthday, we're all encouraged to go out and celebrate by donating our time to a cause and help make the nation an even better place to live.In the past, Starving Students has done our part to help out society, often donating our time and services to various charitable organizations.
